At Voyabarefoot, we are dedicated to delivering our high-quality barefoot shoes efficiently to your doorstep. Please review the details of our shipping operations below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery
We offer standard shipping to our main international destinations. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping Time: 7 to 15 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date, not the order date. Delivery can take longer than expected due to invalid shipping addresses, customs clearance procedures, or severe weather conditions.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Voyabarefoot is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
Delays & Missing Packages
If your package is delayed or has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please check your tracking status or contact our customer support team at voyabarefootwomenshoes@gmail.com. We will work closely with the shipping carriers to locate your package and ensure a swift resolution.
