A: Standard processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days, while international shipping may take 10 to 20 business days depending on your location and customs clearance.

Q3: Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes?
A: Shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once they arrive in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Q4: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.

Q5: My tracking status hasn't updated in a few days. Is my package lost?
A: It is normal for tracking information to remain static for a few days while a package is in transit between hubs or clearing customs. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at voyabarefootwomenshoes@gmail.com.

Returns & Refunds

Q6: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love your shoes! We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Q7: How do I initiate a return?
A: To start a return, please contact our support team at voyabarefootwomenshoes@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.

Q8: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. It will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Q10: How do I choose the correct size?
A: Barefoot shoes are designed to fit differently than traditional shoes to allow for natural toe splay. Please refer to our Size Guide available on each product page. We highly recommend measuring your foot length from heel to toe to ensure the perfect fit.
