Thank you for shopping at Voyabarefoot. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your shoes, we are here to help.

Returns & Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your package to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging (including the shoe box, inserts, and outer labels).
  • You must provide a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team directly at voyabarefootwomenshoes@gmail.com and provide your full name, order number, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our support team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours and send you detailed instructions on where and how to ship your return package.
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and mail the package to the address provided by our support team. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

Exemptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased during final clearance, flash sales, or marked as "Non-Returnable".
  • Any item that shows distinct signs of physical wear, dirt on the soles, or damage not caused by our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return package, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the shoes.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
